The following activities are designed for adolescents and for adolescents with their families. The activities are short (usually only 5-10 minutes) and include Bible Stories, Conversations, Learning about Faith, Prayer, Ritual & Tradition, and Serving Others. They are in PDF files with a simple formatting to make it easy to use and download.
You can use these activities in youth programs, in parent-teen programs, and in family programs. You can provide these to families in variety of ways including on a webpage, in an e-newsletter, on social media, etc. You have permission to use these activities in a print or digital format. Also check-out the activities in the Young Adults section. Many of these activities would work well with older teens.
These activities were created between 2012 and 2015 as part of the Vibrant Faith @Home project. Be sure to review the activity for appropriateness to the lives and interests of today young people and their families. Many of the activities can be done just with young people, while most are designed for parents and teens.
