TC Relational Formation Module
Welcome to the Thriving Congregations Relational Formation Module.
As we move from claiming your church’s picture of THRIVING from the Book of Acts, to benchmarking where your church currently finds itself (SURVEY RESULTS) to planning and innovation later in 2021, we have 2 foundational LEARNING modules that will get us ready for that planning and innovation. The first was focused on Leadership, and the second is on Relationships. The Relational Formation Module consists of the webinar you attended, and three tools for taking your learnings and building them into your congregation.
We “chunked” the material from the Learning event into three pieces, so you can use pieces of our experience in ways that will work best for you.
We also posted two other tools for you. One is the “Sherlock Holmes File” that helps you use the noticing experience focused on people in your church. AND there is a Relational Module tool that will help you ask questions about where you can build greater/deeper levels of relationship to God and to others into the life of your congregation. You and your coaches will be using those two tools together in your next cohort meeting.
